2. You will receive an email which will include your User Name, Password and instructions on how to log into the PierTech Live Software.
3. Log on and setup Departments and Users, then access your custom software code and place it on each page of your website (normally your web designer will upload this code to your website pages). Then wait for customers to chat live with you or your Customer Service or Sales Team!

Note: There are no downloads except for the optional “Notifier” software. This option is very popular because it will allow your computer to ring and notify you when you have a person that needs to chat with you. To download, just log in and click on Notifier.
